Contact TechBit Solutions
TechBit Solutions works from four staffed offices across El Paso. Call (915) 629-8888 during business hours, or the emergency line at any hour.
Talk to us
The fastest way to get an answer is to call and describe what is happening. You will not be asked to categorize your problem first, and you will not wait hours to be acknowledged — help starts in minutes. We speak Spanish and English, so use whichever your team prefers.
- Main line: (915) 629-8888 — Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 8:00pm Mountain Time
- After hours and cyber emergencies: (915) 253-9757 — a person answers, any hour
- Email: support@techbitusa.com
If you think you are in the middle of a security incident right now, call the emergency line rather than emailing. Time matters more than detail in the first hour.
Where we are
TechBit Solutions has four staffed offices across El Paso, so wherever your business sits there is a team on your side of town.
- Central: 1760 Airway Blvd, El Paso, TX 79925
- East Side: 1533 Lee Trevino Dr, El Paso, TX 79936
- West Side: 4558 Lazy Willow Dr, El Paso, TX 79922
- Upper East Side: 10102 Woodway Dr, El Paso, TX 79925
All four take calls on (915) 629-8888. You do not need to work out which one is nearest — one number reaches us and we send whoever can get to you fastest.
We do not take walk-ins. The work happens at your premises or over a remote session, so there is no reception to visit and nothing to gain from driving over. Call instead and we will come to you.
We work on site across El Paso and within roughly 100 miles of it, including the valley communities in Texas and southern New Mexico from Sunland Park through Las Cruces to Deming and Alamogordo. Remote support covers anything that does not need hands on the equipment. The full service area is listed on the service area page.
What happens after you call
A short conversation about what is wrong and what you are running. If it is something we can talk you through, we will, on that call. If it needs work, we will tell you whether that is a one-off job or something better handled under an agreement, and what each would cost.
There is no obligation attached to the first call, and no charge for it. If you want the commercial picture before speaking to anyone, the pricing page explains how both models work, and our services covers what we do.
Hours
The main line is answered Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 8:00pm Mountain Time. Those hours are deliberately wide: a fifteen-hour day covers the early shift at a plant, a dispatch office that starts before dawn, and anyone still working at the end of the day.
Outside those hours, after-hours support is available on (915) 253-9757. That line is answered by a person rather than a voicemail box, and it is the number to use for anything that cannot wait until morning — a system down, a suspected breach, or an outage stopping work.
There is no contact form
Deliberately. A form means someone types a summary of the problem, guesses at what detail matters, and then waits. A two-minute call gets a person who can ask the follow-up question immediately, and most of the time that is the difference between an answer today and an answer tomorrow.
Call (915) 629-8888. If the line is busy, leave a number and we call back.
