About TechBit Solutions
TechBit Solutions is an El Paso IT company providing managed IT, cybersecurity, networks, and phone systems to businesses across the region, from four staffed offices spread across the city.
Who we are
TechBit Solutions is a managed service provider based in El Paso. We look after the technology that businesses here depend on: the computers and servers, the network in the building, the phones, the cloud accounts, and the security wrapped around all of it.
The company currently manages more than 500 endpoints and brings over a decade of experience in wireless infrastructure specifically, including work across more than 100 healthcare units. The team is made up of certified engineers, security analysts, and support specialists rather than a call center.
How we work
Three things shape how we operate, and they are worth stating because they are choices rather than slogans.
Proactive rather than reactive. The work that prevents outages happens on a schedule whether or not anyone is complaining. Predictable cost. One flat monthly rate for services under agreement, so a bad month does not produce a surprise invoice. A named person. Someone who knows how your business runs, rather than a queue.
What that looks like in practice is described service by service under our services, and the commercial side is set out on the pricing page.
Where we work
We work from four staffed offices across El Paso, and this site is about the work we do here and in the surrounding region. Being local is the point: remote support covers most problems, but a failed switch, a cable run, or a server that will not restart needs someone who can be there the same day.
The industries we work in most are trucking and logistics, healthcare, and industrial and manufacturing.
Our service area
TechBit Solutions serves businesses within roughly 100 miles of El Paso. In Texas that includes Fort Bliss, Socorro, Horizon City, Clint, San Elizario, Fabens, Tornillo, Canutillo, Vinton, Anthony, Fort Hancock, Sierra Blanca, and Dell City, covering El Paso and Hudspeth counties. In southern New Mexico it includes Las Cruces, Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Chaparral, Mesilla, Hatch, Deming, Columbus, and Alamogordo, covering Doña Ana, Otero, and Luna counties.
We also serve businesses in Ciudad Juárez, which sits well inside that radius and is where a good deal of the region's manufacturing actually happens.
On-site work is normal across that area. If you are just outside it, call and ask rather than assuming: the answer depends on the work, and for a project we will often travel further than we would for routine support.
Standards and partnerships
We work across the platforms our clients already run and hold vendor relationships with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Dell Technologies, Cisco, and Lenovo. Our practices align to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, PCI DSS where card data is involved, and CMMI Level 3.
For clients in regulated industries, security and compliance work is aligned to the framework that applies to them rather than a generic checklist. HIPAA in healthcare, PCI DSS where payments are taken, and NIST or CJIS where the contract requires it.

Questions we get asked
Who would we actually be dealing with?
A named person who knows your business rather than whoever picks up. That is the part most businesses tell us was missing with their last provider: having to re-explain the environment every time something went wrong.
How big do we need to be to work with you?
Our premium support model is built for organizations under 500 computers, which covers the large majority of El Paso businesses. Smaller than that is fine. Considerably larger is a different conversation and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Are you insured?
Yes, and it is a fair question to ask any provider. Our own guidance to businesses evaluating IT companies is to require at least $1 million per occurrence, so it would be strange not to meet the bar we set.
Do you actually come out, or is everything remote?
Both. Most issues are solved remotely because that is faster for everyone. Cabling, hardware, wireless, and anything physically broken means someone in the building, which is the reason working with a local company matters at all.
