Help in minutes, not days
When something breaks, the measure that matters is how long you wait before a person is working on it. For TechBit Solutions clients that is minutes. Not a queue, not a callback window, not the next business day.
The line runs Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 8:00pm Mountain Time. Outside those hours, after-hours support on (915) 253-9757 is answered by a person at any hour. We speak Spanish and English.
What TechBit Solutions does
Most El Paso companies do not need a full IT department. They need someone who already knows their network when a server stops responding on a Friday afternoon. TechBit Solutions is that team. We manage the workstations, servers, cloud accounts, phones, and connectivity your staff use every day, and we watch them around the clock so problems get handled before anyone files a ticket.
The company runs four staffed offices across El Paso and manages more than 500 endpoints. Our approach is proactive monitoring rather than reactive repair, a predictable monthly bill rather than surprise invoices, and a named person who knows how your business runs.
Two more services sit alongside the five above: IT consulting for when you need an answer rather than an ongoing contract, and website design built to produce something countable.

Why a local provider matters
Remote support handles most problems. The rest need someone in the building. A failed switch in a warehouse, a cable run through a new office, a server that will not come back up — those are drive-over problems, and a provider three time zones away turns a two-hour fix into a two-day outage.
Being in El Paso also means we know what you are working with: the buildings, the carriers, the border traffic, and the way a plant here is laid out. That context saves the first three conversations every time. We cover businesses within about 100 miles of El Paso, listed in full on the service area page.
Flat-rate pricing
One monthly agreement covers the managed services your business signs up for. No hourly billing for routine work, no invoice that changes because a bad week happened. What the rate is depends on how many people and devices you have, and we quote it after looking at what you actually run.
Project work, such as cabling a building or a security assessment, is quoted separately at a fixed scope. Either way the number is agreed before the work starts. How pricing works.
Thinking about switching?
Changing IT providers is a decision most owners put off, because a bad month is expensive and nobody tells you what actually happens. So we wrote it down: what switching to TechBit Solutions looks like, week by week over the first thirty days.
The short version is that week one is documentation, week two is fixing whatever is urgent, week three is the handover, and week four is when you get a written roadmap and a hardware replacement schedule. You can read exactly what we commit to on response before you call anybody.
Questions we get asked
How fast does TechBit Solutions answer?
In minutes, during our hours of 5am to 8pm Mountain, Monday to Friday. A person answers the phone and starts on the problem while you are describing it. Outside those hours the after-hours line at (915) 253-9757 also reaches a person rather than a recording. How we classify and prioritize what you report.
Where does TechBit Solutions work?
Within roughly 100 miles of El Paso, Texas. That covers El Paso and El Paso County, Las Cruces and Doña Ana County in New Mexico, and Ciudad Juárez. We work from four staffed offices across El Paso, listed on the service area page.
Do you support businesses in Spanish?
Yes. TechBit Solutions delivers support in Spanish on both numbers, not through a translation service or a callback from somebody else. Ver este sitio en español.
What does it cost?
Managed services are one flat monthly rate based on how many people and devices you have, quoted after we look at what you actually run. Project work such as cabling or a security assessment is quoted separately at a fixed scope. The number is agreed before any work starts. What the rate covers and what falls outside it.
What happens if we switch to you? How disruptive is it?
It takes about thirty days and your staff should notice very little of it. Week one we document what you have, week two we fix whatever is urgent, week three we take over support, and at the end of the month you get a written roadmap and a hardware replacement schedule. The whole thirty days, week by week.
Do you work with residential customers?
No. TechBit Solutions works with businesses only, of roughly five to two hundred staff. The kinds of business we work with most.
We already have an IT person. Is there still a reason to call?
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Co-managed IT means we cover the parts one person cannot do alone, such as monitoring, patching, security and after-hours, while your person keeps the work they are best placed to do. How co-managed IT works.
Tell us what is going wrong
We will tell you whether it is a five-minute fix or a real project. No form to fill in, no callback queue.
