Start with the problem, not the product

Most people arrive here because something specific is wrong. Computers are slow. The internet drops in one corner of the warehouse. A phone system nobody understands. An email that looked real and was not. Every service below exists to solve one of those, and you do not need to know which category your problem belongs to before you call.

If you would rather just describe it to a person, call (915) 629-8888.

Managed IT services

Ongoing responsibility for the technology your staff use every day: computers, servers, cloud accounts, phones, and the connection holding it together. Monitored around the clock, maintained on a schedule, billed at one flat monthly rate. See managed IT services.

Within that: the help desk your staff call, co-managed IT if you already employ somebody, Microsoft 365, cloud services, server and infrastructure management, backup and disaster recovery, business continuity planning and database administration.

Cybersecurity

Protection and monitoring against malware, ransomware, and the kind of email that convinces someone in accounting to wire money. Includes a formal assessment that grades where you actually stand rather than guessing. See cybersecurity.

Networks and infrastructure

The physical layer: structured cabling, switching, and wireless designed for the building you occupy. This is the part that gets blamed on the internet provider for months before anyone checks the cable. See networks and infrastructure.

Business phone systems

Cloud phone service with auto-attendant, call routing, and mobile apps, so a call to the office reaches the right person whether they are at a desk, at home, or on a job site. See business phone systems.

On the same platform: Call center solutions, Conversational AI, Call analytics, Call recording, Speech analytics, Business texting and Virtual fax.

AI services

A structured way to put AI to work on the tasks that eat your team’s day, starting with an assessment of what should be automated and what should be left alone. See AI services.

IT consulting

For when you need an answer rather than an ongoing service: an assessment, a plan, a second opinion on a quote, or help choosing between two systems. See IT consulting.

Business websites

Sites built to produce something countable, whether that is driver applications, patient bookings, or requests for quote. Built by a cybersecurity company, which shows up in how they are hardened. See website design.

Planning rather than fixing

Two of these are about deciding what to do rather than repairing what broke. A vCIO and IT roadmap gives you the planning and budgeting a full-time IT director would produce, without the salary. A Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness review tells you what would go wrong before you switch Copilot on, which for most businesses is more than they expect.

Who this is for

We work with El Paso businesses in the range where technology matters but a full IT department does not make sense yet. Most of our work is in trucking and logistics, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction, law firms, credit unions and community banks, retail and restaurants and nonprofits.

If you are weighing up a change of provider, what switching looks like describes the first thirty days, and response times explains what we hold ourselves to.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to take everything, or can we pick one service?

Pick one. Plenty of El Paso businesses start with cabling or phones and add managed IT a year later, once they know us. All we ask is that you tell us what else is in the building, because a network somebody else designed still affects the service we deliver.

We already have someone who does our IT. Does that rule us out?

Not at all. Sometimes we take over completely; more often we handle the parts your person cannot cover alone, such as security monitoring or after-hours. What never works is two providers changing the same systems without talking to each other, so we agree who owns what before anyone touches anything.

Why a service agreement instead of paying per visit?

Paying per visit means you only pay once something is already broken, which sounds cheaper right up until you count the hours your team lost. An agreement pays for the maintenance that prevents the breakage, and it keeps your bill the same in a bad month as in a good one. It also means we already know your systems when something urgent happens, instead of learning them while you wait.

How do we know what we actually need?

You do not have to know, and it is not your job to. Tell us what is frustrating you and we will tell you which service covers it. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear that too. We are building something here for the long run, and that only works if the advice is straight.

Not sure where to start

Call (915) 629-8888 and describe the problem in plain terms. If it is a cyber emergency happening right now, the after-hours line is (915) 253-9757 and a person answers it.
