Usually, and there is more than one way to do it depending on where the site is and how long it will be there. We look at what is available at that address before promising anything, because coverage across the county is uneven.
Our project managers work from their trucks. Does that change anything?
It changes what we secure and how. A laptop that lives in a vehicle needs full disk encryption and remote wipe, because the realistic risk is theft rather than hacking.
Do you support the estimating and project software we already use?
Yes. We take the call whatever the software is, and deal with the vendor on your behalf when it turns out to be their problem.
What happens when a job finishes and the trailer moves?
We plan the move with you and handle the disconnection and reconnection. It is easier when we know a month out, so we ask about upcoming sites at every review.
