The service area
TechBit Solutions works with businesses within roughly 100 miles of El Paso, Texas. That radius is not arbitrary: it is the distance we can cover and still put somebody in front of you the same day when a problem needs hands on it.
Our four offices
Coverage across the city is deliberate. A business on the east side should not be waiting on somebody driving in from the west, and the reverse is just as true.
- Central El Paso — 1760 Airway Blvd, El Paso, TX 79925. Near the airport, and the closest to the central business district.
- East Side — 1533 Lee Trevino Dr, El Paso, TX 79936. Covers the far east side and the growing corridor around it.
- West Side — 4558 Lazy Willow Dr, El Paso, TX 79922. Covers the west side, the Upper Valley, and the run out toward Santa Teresa.
- Upper East Side — 10102 Woodway Dr, El Paso, TX 79925. Sits between the central offices and the far east side, closest to the upper east side neighborhoods.
All four are staffed, and all four answer on (915) 629-8888, in minutes during our hours. You do not have to work out which office is nearest to you — one number reaches us and we dispatch from whichever is closest.
None of them take walk-ins. The work happens at your premises or over a remote session, so there is no counter to visit. Call and we come to you.
El Paso and the county
El Paso itself is the center of the work: the central business district, the east side, the west side, the northeast, the Mission Valley, and the industrial corridors along the interstate.
The county beyond the city is included, which covers Socorro, San Elizario, Clint, Fabens, Horizon City, Canutillo and Anthony.
Las Cruces and Doña Ana County
Las Cruces is comfortably inside the radius and a normal part of our service area, along with Mesilla, Santa Teresa, Sunland Park and Anthony, New Mexico.
Santa Teresa in particular matters, because a lot of cross-border distribution runs through it and those operations need the same support as their El Paso counterparts.
Ciudad Juárez
Ciudad Juárez is a served area, not an afterthought. A large number of businesses here operate on both sides of the border and expect their provider to treat that as one operation rather than two.

Outside the radius
Beyond about 100 miles we will still talk to you, and for some kinds of work distance genuinely does not matter.
What we will not do is promise same-day on-site coverage we cannot deliver. If your site is a four-hour drive away, we will say so and help you find somebody closer if that is what you actually need.
On site versus remote
Most problems are solved remotely, usually within minutes of the call. Being local matters for the ones that are not.
- Anything physical: cabling, hardware replacement, a new office, a site move
- Wireless surveys, which have to be done in the building with the stock in it
- New starter setups where somebody wants a hand rather than instructions
- The first visit, which we do in person because it is a better way to understand a business

Do you charge for travel?
Within the service area, on-site visits are part of the agreement for managed clients. For anything unusually far out we will tell you before we get in the vehicle rather than after.
We are just outside 100 miles. Will you still take us?
Call and ask. The radius is a guide to where we can respond properly, not a rule we enforce with a map. What we will not do is take on a site we cannot reach in a reasonable time and then let you down.
